Mental Health Act Administrator

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Mental Health Act Administrator to join the team at Spring Wood Lodge in Leeds, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to support the delivery of high-quality mental health services while ensuring compliance with Mental Health Act legislation and procedures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating Mental Health Tribunals, Hospital Managers' Reviews, and legal documentation while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mental Health Tribunals, Hospital Managers' Reviews, and appeal meetings, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately.

• Liaise with clinical teams and relevant stakeholders to arrange hearings, manage legal paperwork, and maintain compliance with Mental Health Act procedures.

• Support service users by providing information regarding advocacy services and monitoring Mental Health Act administrative processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Mental Health Act or healthcare administration role.

• Good understanding of Mental Health Act legislation and related legal procedures.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work alongside multidisciplinary professionals.
