Senior Care Assistant

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Care Assistant to join Richmond Village in Witney, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a dedicated team while delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You will support the day-to-day operation of the care unit, ensuring residents receive compassionate care in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the care unit, supporting care staff and ensuring high standards of care.

• Assist with clinical duties, including medication support, care plan reviews, and accurate record keeping.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals while mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards the qualification.

• Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or similar care role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a passion for person-centred care.
