Clinical Psychologist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Clinical Psychologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Psychologist will contribute to high-quality patient care while maintaining professional, ethical, and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy while monitoring patient progress and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology or a related clinical psychology field.

• UAE National with completion of the required one-year clinical training.

• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
