About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an energetic and imaginative Activities Assistant for Mortain Place Care Home.

In this fulfilling day role, you will deliver fun, creative, and varied activities to ensure our residents enjoy a motivational, engaging, and fulfilling environment. You will help every resident pursue their favorite interests and hobbies, running an entertainment program filled with social activities, outings, and community events that promote independence and strengthen connections with family and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering imaginative, fun, and varied daily activities and events tailored to residents.

• Helping residents pursue personal interests, hobbies, and social pastimes.

• Encouraging community involvement and maintaining strong links with family, friends, and the local area.

• Creating a vibrant, joyful, and motivational atmosphere within the home.
