Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with a leading retail brand to recruit a motivated and ambitious Career Starter Apprentice on a 1-year fixed-term contract in Aberdare.

With loads of support from Store Managers and Store Assistants, you will never feel like you're struggling as you work toward your Level 2 Retail qualification and prepare for real opportunities for future progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Practical Store Learning: Gain hands-on experience covering everything from stock management to merchandising and customer service.

• Academic Development: Successfully balance retail theory with your day-to-day store duties over the one-year programme.

• Customer Care: Assist shoppers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
