Salary/Rate: £14.40 per hour (47.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 16:00 PM)

About the Role
We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a hands-on Lithium Workshop Technician for their facility in Wellingborough. Key Responsibilities
Battery Operations & Processing: Oversee Lithium battery storage, safe disassembly, shredding, and residue storage operations, while helping to recover valuable nickel, cobalt, and lithium content.
Administration & Logistics: Assist in administering bookings for battery collections and waste offtake.
Customer Support: Assist with customer visits to manage collections or assess batteries for safety prior to transport.
Workshop Management: Support the Lithium Workshop Manager in managing day-to-day operational aspects of the facility.

What We Are Looking For
Licences & Certifications: A full and current UK driving licence is essential. High voltage training to WAMITAB standard (or equivalent), MEWP licence, and an FLT licence are highly desirable.
