• Merchandising & Stock: Replenish stock quickly, check product quality, and keep display standards high.

• Till Operations: Scan items accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

What We Are Looking For

• Positive Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented (prior retail experience is helpful, but a positive attitude is what matters most!).

• Energy & Numeracy: Hardworking, active, and confident with numbers and basic cash/till handling.

• Reliability & Transport: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the store for these times before applying.

• Generous Leave: 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays).

• Family Support: Enhanced Maternity & Main Adopter Leave (26 weeks full pay after 1 year of service).

• Lifestyle Perks: Access to lifestyle discounts (gym memberships, entertainment) and employee wellbeing programmes.

• Career Growth: Comprehensive initial training and ongoing skill development.
