Job Summary We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Digital Administrator to join our healthcare partner's digital products team. In this pivotal role, you will take full day-to-day ownership of e-signature workflows, ensuring that critical clinical documents, prescriptions, and forms are routed, signed, and returned reliably. You will also play a key hand in overseeing the transition to a modern, API-first e-signature platform, supporting seamless digital operations for clinicians, patients, and NHS trust partners.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain e-signature platform templates, envelopes, and automated signing workflows (including API-based setups).
Lead the operational transition from legacy systems to a modern, API-first platform, managing template migration and role-based access administration.
Monitor sign completion rates, troubleshoot workflow errors (such as failed webhooks, API errors, and document mismatches), and investigate drop-offs.
Support the onboarding of new NHS trusts and clinicians by configuring trust-specific templates and routing rules.
Maintain clear documentation of configurations, process maps, and troubleshooting fixes, and assist with user acceptance and regression testing.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the e-sign roadmap and ensure alignment with clinical governance and audit trail requirements.
Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience configuring or administering an e-signature platform (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) with template and API management.
Experience working with low-code workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate) and troubleshooting flow errors.
Comfortable working with APIs and structured data (JSON, webhooks, error logs).
A methodical, root-cause approach to technical troubleshooting and strong organizational skills.
Experience supporting or leading a system migration or working within a regulated/healthcare environment (highly desirable).
