Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical nursing care, including catheterization, complex wound care, infection control, and medication administration.

• Lead and supervise care assistants during shifts to promote a cohesive and high-performing care team.

• Create and update personalized care plans based on thorough clinical assessments.

Requirements

• Active registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.

• Proficiency in using clinical assessment tools such as MUST and Waterlow, alongside strong care planning skills.

• Proven leadership ability with a commitment to maintaining top-tier clinical standards.
