What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and maintain all areas of the service to the highest standards, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all facility areas remain spotless, safe, and hygienic.

• Maintain security standards of the hospital by strictly following defined policies and procedures.

• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and greet visitors warmly and professionally.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users to help foster a positive culture.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning within a similar healthcare, clinical, or professional environment.

• A passion for cleaning and a genuine sense of satisfaction from a job well done.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties effectively.

• Good communication skills and high attention to detail.

• An efficient, problem-solving approach to day-to-day tasks.

Where You Will Be Working

The Avalon Centre is a purpose-built neurological facility in Swindon for men and women over 18 with acquired brain injuries. The centre is specifically designed to support individuals with complex, challenging neurological needs who require a specialized neurobehavioral rehabilitation program.
