• Position: Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)

• Pay Rate: Hourly rate of £20.17 per hour (Inclusive of a 12.07% Holiday Uplift)

• Employment Type: Bank / Zero-Hour Contract (Flexible shifts available with weekly pay. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to men and women with eating disorders or mental health conditions in modern, purpose-built hospital environments.

• Support multidisciplinary team members, promote positive teamwork, and maintain high standards of patient welfare.

• Operate on a flexible zero-hour contract, selecting standard 12.5-hour shifts that suit your schedule via an easy-to-use booking app.

• Engage service users across 24/7 care rotas, keeping motivated while making a genuine, positive impact on vulnerable individuals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with active NMC registration.

• Previous nursing experience within a similar mental health, forensic, or care setting.

• Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, a flexible approach, and a caring, compassionate attitude with a good sense of humour.

Where You Will Be Working

• Middlewood Clinic (Midhurst, GU29 9JP): A 12-bed specialist hospital providing care and treatment for adults with eating disorders like Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, supported by a full MDT, therapy rooms, and a cottage-style garden.

• Bere Clinic (Waterlooville, PO8 8QT): A 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders, featuring an onsite educational school and full multidisciplinary team.
