Lead enterprise-wide change across a major multi-year finance transformation! As a staffing partner, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for this high-profile Head of Business Change position.
Reporting to the Programme Director as part of the leadership team for the Ad Astra Finance Modernisation programme, you will drive the change strategy across multiple business units. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Change Managers, ensuring a consistent approach to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and benefits realisation as BAE Systems implements advanced SAP solutions (SAP BW4/HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud) to modernise its financial planning and forecasting.
Strategy & Leadership: Lead the business change strategy and delivery approach across the multi-year Ad Astra programme while managing, coaching, and developing a team of three Business Change Managers.
Readiness & Adoption: Drive enterprise-wide business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities across multiple business unit deployments.
Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships across Finance and the wider business to ensure alignment with governance and project schedules.
Risk & Benefits Management: Identify and manage business change risks while defining, tracking, and delivering the programme benefits realisation framework.
Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the broader transformation and change communities.
Transformation Background: Extensive experience leading business change and organisational readiness within large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programmes.
People Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop change teams across complex, matrix organisations.
Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional capability to engage, influence, and build robust relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Benefits & Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated experience defining and delivering benefits realisation frameworks, combined with working knowledge of SAP solutions (such as SAP BW4/HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud) within Finance transformations.
Executive Compensation: Attractive starting salary circa £85,000 per annum plus executive benefits.
