Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour

Contract Type: Part-Time, 34 hours per week (Includes alternate weekends)

About the Role

Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about enriching the daily lives of older adults? We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to join the family at Castleview, a 66-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Peel.

In this vital role, you will design, organize, and lead a diverse, engaging activities program tailored to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents, helping them live vibrant, fulfilling lives every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run a rich variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music therapy, fitness classes, social gatherings, and outings.

• Encourage resident participation and build a vibrant, inclusive sense of community within the home.

• Collaborate closely with care staff to align activities with individual resident preferences and needs.

• Coordinate with external entertainers, volunteers, and local community groups.

• Maintain accurate records of participation and ensure all activities are delivered in a safe, supportive environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar wellbeing, activities, or recreational role within a care setting is highly desirable.

• A background in recreational therapy, social work, or a related field is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for putting smiles on residents' faces and making a real difference.
