Location: Meadowcroft Care Home, Queens Road, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3NQ
Pay Rate: £25.76 per hour (with NVQ & Weekend Enhancements Available)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible Night Shifts (0 guaranteed hours, offering complete schedule freedom)
Shift Pattern: 7:00 PM – 6:45 AM (Monday–Sunday)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Meadowcroft Care Home, located on a quiet residential street just a short distance from Thame town centre. The home offers compassionate, high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care for up to 71 residents in comfortable surroundings.
We are looking for a dedicated Bank Registered Night Nurse (RGN / RMHN) who thrives on making a positive difference. As the clinical leader on duty through the night, you will manage the care team, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and provide a reassuring, safe environment for our residents while they sleep.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Valid NMC PIN and a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Experience: Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical competencies (e.g., medication administration, end-of-life care, tissue viability, catheterisation).
Leadership & Autonomy: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and leading the night care team effectively.
Flexibility: Ideal for experienced nurses looking for bank hours with complete control over their working pattern and work-life balance.
