You will support the restaurant, café, and village services while ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals and refreshments in the restaurant, café, and residents' rooms while delivering excellent customer service.

• Prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food service areas meet high hygiene standards.

• Support the onsite shop and assist with hospitality duties across the retirement village as required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, team-focused approach.

• Previous catering, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
