Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradford Council to recruit a reliable, energetic, and adaptable Mobile Caretaker to join the Asset & Facilities Management team based out of the Owlet Family Centre.
In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day caretaking provision, site maintenance, security, and cleaning across outer district locations, including supporting evening meetings as and when required.
Reporting to the facilities management team, you will ensure our sites provide a safe, modern, and pleasant environment for staff and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
Site Security & Control: Overseeing daily site security, opening/closing facilities, and managing access.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across the premises, inside and out.
Operational Support: Setting up spaces and providing caretaking cover for evening meetings and events as required.
Mobile Working: Traveling across outer district locations (a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential).
We are looking for a committed and self-motivated individual who brings:
Essential Requirements: A current driving licence and access to a car.
Good organizational skills with a solid educational background and computer literacy.
