We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and proactive Software Engineer / IT Expert based in Pakistan. This is a unique, multi-dimensional role for a developer who loves building custom tools, integrating artificial intelligence, and optimizing digital reach.

The Role

As our Software Engineer, you won't just write code—you will be our in-house IT Expert and Builder. You will have the creative freedom and technical responsibility to design, develop, and deploy custom tools, web scraping systems, and AI-driven solutions from the ground up to optimize our recruitment pipelines and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Tool Development: Build, deploy, and maintain proprietary internal software, automation scripts, and utility tools from scratch.

AI & Intelligent Systems: Design, develop, and integrate AI systems, machine learning models, or LLM-based solutions to automate and smarten business processes.

Data Extraction & Scraping: Develop robust, scalable web scraping tools to gather market intelligence and candidate data, bypassing common anti-scraping bottlenecks.

SEO Optimization: Implement technical SEO strategies, optimize web architecture, and build tools that enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic.

Full-Stack Engineering: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across backend and frontend environments.

Technical Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

Core Programming: Expert-level proficiency in:

Python (for AI, data scraping, and automation)

Java and .NET (for robust, enterprise-level application architecture)

AI & Machine Learning: Practical experience building AI systems, utilizing APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), or developing custom ML pipelines.

Web Scraping: Proven ability to build scraping frameworks (e.g., Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium) capable of handling complex dynamic websites.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Strong understanding of both technical and on-page SEO principles to ensure all digital assets are highly optimized.

IT Infrastructure: General IT expertise, including cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), database management, and basic system administration.

General Requirements

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "builder" mindset—you see a manual process and immediately want to build a tool to automate it.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

A highly reliable remote setup (stable high-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a dependable power backup/UPS system).
