From receiving deliveries and replenishing stock at pace to maintaining exceptional product presentation, you’ll join a fast-paced, friendly team where every colleague plays a vital role in delivering a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep Shelves Stocked: Replenish stock quickly and present products so they always look their best.

• Maintain Quality Standards: Check incoming deliveries and product quality, removing any items that don't meet Aldi’s high standards.

• Support Customers: Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service whenever you're on the shop floor.

Skills & Experience

• Fast-Paced & Driven: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure maximum product availability for shoppers.

• People-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and always ready to support customers and your team.

• Reliable & Adaptable: Flexible mindset with a solid, can-do attitude in a quick-moving retail environment.

• No Experience Required: Retail experience is a bonus, but your attitude is what matters most!
