Job Title: Care Assistant - Nights
Location: Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG
Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hour (includes paid breaks)
Welcome Bonus: £500 (one-off starter bonus after completing four weeks of service)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time and part-time hours available, 12-hour shifts from 20:00 to 08:00)
About the Role
We are partnering with the luxurious Richmond Villages Witney to find a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant - Nights on a permanent contract. As a Night Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will provide essential overnight clinical, social, and emotional care, ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and supported through the night.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs throughout the night.
Support residents with differing requirements, ranging from companionship to personal care.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to complete a DBS check (cost covered by the employer).
