Contract Type: Bank (Flexible working patterns covering shifts: Early 07:45–14:00, Late 13:45–20:00, or Long Days 07:45–20:00)

Richmond Village delivers person-centred care that champions independence and respects individual choice across both onsite independent apartments and the onsite care home.
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, your endless enthusiasm and gentle care will be the spark that ignites the spirit of the village, turning everyday moments into a source of joy while supporting residents across domiciliary, residential, nursing, and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care duties (bathing, dressing, and continence care) within their own apartments and across the village.
Support residents at mealtimes—serving food, assisting with mobility, or using hoists and wheelchairs where appropriate.
Promote mental and physical activity by engaging residents in hobbies, interests, and village activities.
Respond promptly to emergency calls when care alert systems are activated.
Collaborate with the Domiciliary Care Manager and multidisciplinary professionals (GPs, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists).
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation regarding care given, activities, and changes in health.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience working in a care or dementia setting, or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
A deep passion for caring for others, respecting choices, and always prioritizing safety, welfare, and confidentiality.
A great listener with a positive, confident outlook who loves putting a smile on residents' faces every day.
