Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum (CGL points 23 to 28) + Outer London Weighting (£2,250.61)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit an energetic, creative, and passionate permanent Targeted Interventions Coordinator to lead innovative early intervention and support for young people in Bromley.
In this dynamic role, you will take the lead in coordinating targeted interventions, delivering engaging group programmes, and raising service visibility to reach young people before problems escalate. Working directly with young people, schools, and partner professionals, you will provide timely support around substance misuse and risk-taking behaviors, empower Youth Ambassadors, and shape impactful prevention pathways.
Intervention Coordination: Coordinate, develop, and deliver targeted interventions, including outreach, brief interventions, and engaging group programmes for young people at risk.
Partnership & Training: Build strong relationships with schools and professionals, providing training to help identify needs and increase referrals for specialist support.
Youth Engagement & Coproduction: Ensure effective young people involvement through the Youth Ambassador Programme, educational resources, and social media activity coordination.
Service Insight: Utilize data and insights to shape, improve, and evaluate prevention pathways and community visibility projects.
Experience & Knowledge: Experience working with young people, understanding the issues they face, and a strong background in drug and alcohol or related support fields.
Safeguarding Expertise: Solid knowledge of child and young person safeguarding concerns and the Fraser Competence framework.
Core Competencies: Accomplished verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of personal IT competency and collaborative team-working abilities.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service (capped at 30 days).
