We are currently recruiting an energetic Activities Assistant on behalf of our client, Barchester Healthcare, at the modern Pittsmead Grange Care Home in Bromley.

About the Role

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a key role in planning and delivering imaginative, engaging, and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the delivery of an entertainment and activity schedule covering arts, crafts, games, social events, and local outings.

• Helping residents pursue their individual hobbies, interests, and personal passions.

• Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and stay connected with family, friends, and the local community.

• Fostering an inclusive, warm, and vibrant environment where every resident feels valued and engaged.

About You

No specific prior care home experience is required! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and empathy.
