In this vital clinical leadership role, you will guide and support care staff while delivering evidence-based nursing care to residents with diverse, complex needs. You will oversee clinical procedures—including medication management, wound care, and catheter care—while designing tailored care plans that drive health excellence across the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care, executing precise medication administration, infection prevention control, wound management, and catheterization procedures.

• Lead and mentor care assistants on shift while maintaining comprehensive, personalized care plans for all residents.

• Utilize clinical tools to continually assess resident well-being and uphold rigorous clinical standards home-wide.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with an active PIN.

• Strong clinical background with experience using assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.

• Demonstrated capability in writing thorough care plans and managing complex resident dependency levels.
