Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Contract Type: Bank Contract (Flexible hours with zero travel—all residents live on-site in our serviced apartments!)
Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 19:00 (6-hour shifts) / 07:00 - 19:00 (12-hour shifts)

We are partnering with Richmond Village Witney (part of Bupa) to find a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistant to join their team on a bank basis. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to residents living in our on-site serviced apartments, helping them maintain their independence and get the absolute most out of life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with personal care duties and supporting at mealtimes where appropriate.
Promoting mental and physical activity by encouraging hobbies, interests, and village events.
Responding promptly to emergency calls on site when the care alert system is activated.
Working closely with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external healthcare professionals such as GPs, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

Ideally, previous experience in a care or dementia setting, or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (though not essential as full training is provided!).
