Key Responsibilities

• Customer First: Deliver friendly, approachable, and efficient customer service on every shift.

• Stock & Shelf Management: Replenish stock quickly and present merchandise neatly so products always look their best.

• Quality Assurance: Receive deliveries, check product freshness, and remove any items that do not meet Aldi’s high standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside store colleagues to maintain full shelf availability.

Skills & Experience Required

• Great Attitude: Friendly, supportive, and ready to assist both customers and fellow team members.

• Pace & Energy: Comfortable with physical, fast-moving tasks like stock replenishment.

• Reliability: Adaptable, flexible, and grounded in a strong "can-do" mindset.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—the right attitude matters most!
