We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Assistant for the Imaging department at Syon Clinic in Middlesex.
Key Responsibilities
Work as an integral part of the imaging team to provide a high standard of patient-centered care, meeting the needs of patients, consultants, and colleagues.
Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe care and enhance customer service and user satisfaction under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
Conduct yourself professionally within the HCA and Imaging Assistants standard framework, adhering to professional codes of conduct.
Demonstrate full competence within the scope of your working areas and ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience working in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role, including a strong background in customer care and managing challenging situations.
Qualifications & Training: Possession of the Care Certificate, NVQ Level 1 (with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2/3 Healthcare-specific or equivalent), and Maths/English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, dedication to professional growth, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient support in a clinical setting.
