Are you looking for a fast-paced and rewarding role where you make a real difference every single day? Morrisons is looking for a friendly Customer Assistant - Online to join our team in Beverley. In this role, you'll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection, using in-store tech to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully. You'll also have the opportunity to support other store departments like Replenishment and Customer Service when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer grocery orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Use in-store technology seamlessly to accept orders, locate items, and prepare them for prompt collection or delivery.
Support other store operations as required, including Replenishment and Customer Service.
Go above and beyond to assist customers and resolve their queries with a helpful and friendly approach.
Safely handle equipment while following all internal processes and health & safety guidelines.
