Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for team members to and from various activities and shifts.
Assist team members with any special needs during transit, such as carrying packages, opening doors, or handling miscellaneous pickup and delivery services.
Maintain a constant focus on driving safety while the vehicle is in motion, directing passenger interaction tasks to onboard support staff.
React calmly in emergency situations while remaining considerate and compliant with all safety procedures.
Person Specification & Requirements
Licensing & Training: Hold a valid PCV licence with Category D1, a clean driving record, and be able/willing to attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training as required.
Core Skills & Qualities: Proven ability to drive a minibus safely, strong knowledge of all safety precautions, and a calm, considerate demeanor under pressure.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
