Salary: £13.04 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 12 hours per week (Permanent, Part-time + regular overtime available)

Working Pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday to be discussed at interview)

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Team Member, you will play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly and delivering friendly, thoughtful service every day.

• Customer Service & Till Operation: Provide a warm, helpful shopping experience on the shop floor and tills, putting things right when needed.

• Store Operations: Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves fully stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and ensuring high standards of safety and legality.

• Specialist Tasks: Depending on the store's needs, support operations across the post office, bakery, or online home-delivery picking and packing services.

• Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership to customers and support local and national charity initiatives.
