Compliance and Assurance Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa Global for a Compliance and Assurance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and assurance across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, oversee compliance monitoring activities, and help ensure the business operates in line with applicable regulatory requirements while promoting a strong culture of integrity and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver compliance monitoring and assurance activities across the Middle East region, reporting findings and recommending improvements.

• Support regulatory reporting, compliance risk assessments, and implementation of regulatory changes while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and provide guidance on compliance obligations, regulatory risks, and governance practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or another relevant discipline with strong regulatory compliance experience.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE and Middle East insurance and financial services regulations, including compliance and risk management frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills with fluent English.
