Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for children with complex needs. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to support a cheerful and energetic 6-year-old boy living in Leeds, Maidstone.

Paediatric One-to-One Support: Provide dedicated person-centred care to help a young boy remain safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy everyday activities.
Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert clinical support tailored to his diagnoses (Gastroschisis, Short Gut Syndrome, and Growth Hormone Deficiency), including PEG care, Hickman line awareness and safety, and medication administration.
Engagement & Play: Actively chat, listen, and engage with the client around his favorite hobbies, including music, bright colors, and animals.
Safeguarding & Documentation: Follow nurse manager-written care plans precisely, act as a reliable client advocate, and maintain thorough daily care records.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous experience supporting children with complex care or paediatric needs (highly desirable).
Familiarity or competence with PEG care and medication support.
A confident driver with access to your own transport.
A friendly, empathetic, and communicative nature with a passion for professional development.
