Location: Mortain Place Care Home, 93 Pevensey Bay Road, Eastbourne, BN23 6JF

Pay Rate: £23.50 per hour

Hours: 48.00 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Nights

About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) for Mortain Place Care Home.

In this vital night role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, helping to deliver the exceptional care they deserve. You will create a safe, supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs while utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions through the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.

• Administering medication safely and effectively.

• Applying a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Delivering clinical excellence with full autonomy to do things the right way.

About You

To excel as a Registered Nurse with Barchester, you will need:

• Current NMC registration with solid knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.

• Experience in producing person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

• A compassionate, dedicated, and thoughtful approach to nursing.
