About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we focus on connecting reliable team members with great employers. On behalf of our client, Aldi, we are recruiting permanent Warehouse Selectors (Ambient) to join the day shift team at the Sheppey Distribution Centre.

Every day is dynamic in this high-energy setting! Working primarily in the ambient section (with potential opportunities across chiller sections as well), you’ll use a voice headset to pick orders, verify paperwork, and maintain high standards of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Order Picking: Select ambient products efficiently to meet target picking rates.

• Detail-Oriented Checking: Carefully follow voice headset instructions and verify order paperwork for accuracy.

• Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to move stock throughout the warehouse (full training provided).
