Rate of Pay: £12.90 per hour + Paid Breaks + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, alternative weekends included)
Shift Pattern: Weekdays: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM | Weekends: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

As a Housekeeping Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will maintain pristine standards across apartments, rooms, and communal areas, ensuring exceptional service and a safe, immaculate environment for residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
Create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces throughout the retirement village and care home.
Maintain residents' rooms, private apartments, and communal areas to an exceptionally high standard.
Manage laundry operations, including residents' clothing, bedding, and communal linens.
Care for furnishings, carpets, windows, and other home comforts, operating all cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Work closely with the wider team to deliver seamless service while strictly following infection control, health & safety, and COSHH guidelines.
Remain vigilant and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, domestic cleaning, hotels, care homes, or customer service is welcome, but a positive attitude is essential.
Someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and brings a friendly, reliable approach.
Organised, detail-oriented, and caring, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
