• Contract Type: Full Time (Open & Close shifts, available hours between 09:00 - 20:00 for 8-hour shifts in a temperature-controlled environment)

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to source a consistent, proactive, and hard-working Warehouse Shift Leader for their brand-new Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Leeds!

In this hands-on leadership role, you will help run operations inside the warehouse, leading by example and seeing the direct impact of your work every single day. From opening, running, and closing shifts to training and mentoring new starters, you'll keep your team motivated, positive, and focused on delivering excellent teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Line manage an incredible team, providing development, coaching, and training.

• Lead shifts for your area, taking full responsibility for colleague performance.

• Collaborate closely with other Shift Leaders and departments to ensure smooth RDC operations.

• Support your Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management.

• Proactively promote efficient working methods and highlight any inefficiencies.

• Perform general warehouse operative duties, including moving stock, picking goods, and processing returns.
