Position: NHS 111 Health Advisor
Location: The Quad, Block 2, Rowland Hill House, Chesterfield, United Kingdom
Salary / Hourly Rates:
Training and daytime shifts: £12.71 per hour
Evenings and night shifts: £16.52 per hour (includes 30% evening enhancement)
Weekend shifts: £18.42 per hour (includes 45% weekend enhancement)
Working Pattern: Part-Time (24 hours per week, choice of Early Rota [06:00 to 18:00] or Late Rota [14:00 to 00:00])

About the Role
As an NHS 111 Health Advisor with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will join our dedicated NHS 111 team in Chesterfield, making every call count. Operating in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, you will serve as a vital frontline lifeline, offering safe, compassionate, and professional guidance day and night to patients in urgent need of medical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients seeking urgent medical help, advice, or direction.
Utilize the NHS Pathways clinical decision support system expertly to assess symptoms and determine accurate next steps.
Provide clear information, clinical reassurance, and safe patient outcomes.
Bring empathy, patience, and professional communication to every individual conversation.
Maintain rigorous standards of confidentiality, data accuracy, and clinical governance.
