Shift Patterns:
Care Floor: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or split shifts 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
Restaurant: 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and customer-focused Host to join our team. In this vital role, your presence during mealtimes is crucial. You will ensure residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promote wonderful social interactions, and contribute significantly to their overall wellbeing and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support care teams in serving meals to village residents within the on-site care home and restaurant.
Prepare meal trays and provide attentive room service for residents who prefer dining in their own rooms.
Assist with ad hoc duties, including delivering refreshments, restocking resident personal kitchens, and collecting trays.
Maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and sanitary environment in line with top-tier hospitality standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A deep care for others and a strong drive to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Previous hospitality experience gained within hotels, restaurants, or care home environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a close-knit team setting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
