Position: Commission Analyst
Location: Victory House, Brighton, BN1 4FY (Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £26,400 to £29,800 per annum + fantastic Bupa benefits
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

As our Commission Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance Operations team by ensuring that sales commissions are calculated and paid accurately, while keeping financial records transparent, compliant, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the end-to-end monthly sales commissions process, acting as the primary point of contact for all related queries.
Ensure the accurate and timely calculation and processing of sales commissions.
Maintain clear, effective communication with sales teams to ensure commission schemes remain current and accurately reflected.
Manage the full administration of commission schemes from initial setup through to reporting.
Perform reconciliations and control checks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and prompt resolution of queries within agreed SLAs.
Support ongoing process improvements to enhance data capture, tracking, and operational efficiency.
Previous experience within an operational finance, commissions, or account management environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data clearly.
Excellent organisational skills, high levels of accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
