Location: Victory House, Brighton, BN1 4FY (Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: £26,400 to £29,800 per annum + fantastic Bupa benefits

Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

As our Commission Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Finance Operations team by ensuring that sales commissions are calculated and paid accurately, while keeping financial records transparent, compliant, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end monthly sales commissions process, acting as the primary point of contact for all related queries.

• Ensure the accurate and timely calculation and processing of sales commissions.

• Maintain clear, effective communication with sales teams to ensure commission schemes remain current and accurately reflected.

• Manage the full administration of commission schemes from initial setup through to reporting.

• Perform reconciliations and control checks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and prompt resolution of queries within agreed SLAs.

• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance data capture, tracking, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience within an operational finance, commissions, or account management environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data clearly.

• Excellent organisational skills, high levels of accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
