Position: Mental Health Nurse (RMN) (Full-Time)
Salary: Up to £39,600 per annum DoE (inclusive of a £1,200 location allowance)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, covering 13 shifts per month with a 50/50 day/night split pattern. Sponsorship is not available).

Join the team at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst to deliver exceptional care for 18-25 year olds within a specialist eating disorder service, experiencing what great healthcare delivery should truly feel like.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to young adults recovering from eating disorders.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members while fostering strong collaboration across the ward.
Observe, record, and report all service user changes accurately, maintaining pristine clinical records.
Work a structured 13-shift monthly rota alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team comprising 2 nurses and 6 HCAs per shift.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN) with active NMC registration.
Evidence of completed Preceptorship.
High self-motivation, a flexible approach, and strong team-working skills.
A positive, naturally caring attitude with an absolute commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care and patient safety.
Where You Will Be Working
Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst, West Sussex (GU29 9JP) provides specialist care and treatment for individuals with eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, focusing on restoring healthy body weights and addressing underlying psychological problems. The 12-bed hospital features en-suite bedrooms, extensive communal spaces, therapy areas, and a cottage-style garden.
