Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Lace Hill Manor Care Home for a Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified) to join their team in Buckingham, UK.

In this role, you will act as a pivotal clinical lead, taking charge of shifts and advocating for the holistic health and dignity of residents. Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, manage clinical governance, and oversee individualised treatment plans for residents with dementia and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge, managing shift duties, medication administration, and care planning.

• Perform essential clinical procedures including catheterisation, PEG feeding, syringe driver management, and stoma care.

• Collaborate closely with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams to uphold safeguarding and clinical governance standards.

Requirements

• A recognised UK NMC nursing qualification and active NMC PIN (RGN, RNLD, or RMN).

• Strong clinical decision-making skills with a solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Buckingham, UK.
