About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Henford House Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, helping to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
From developing tailored care plans and risk assessments to administering medication safely, you will have the freedom and autonomy to practice nursing the right way while being truly valued for your expertise.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate clinical professionals with:
Registration: Current NMC registration.
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of best clinical practices, regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA), and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Experience: Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Approach: A thoughtful, person-centred nursing style coupled with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
