Pay Rate: Up to £13.81 per hour
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible (Cover for annual leave, sickness, and peak times)
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts
About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will support residents through the night, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care in a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
Follow individual care plans and assist with food and drink requirements.
Provide warm companionship and valuable one-to-one time.
Help maintain a calm, dignified, and supportive night-time environment.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults is required.
Skills: Excellent communication and a positive, can-do approach.
