About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality physical, psychological, and social care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercise clinical judgment and autonomy to make critical healthcare decisions.
Create and update tailored, person-centered care plans and conduct thorough risk assessments.
Administer medication safely in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks, including MCA and DoLS.

About You
Qualifications: Active NMC registration with an up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Experience: Proven track record in developing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of regulatory guidelines (DoLS / MCA / Royal Pharmaceutical).
