Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Days available; 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a weekend rota)
About the Role
We are partnering with Richmond Willaston Village in Nantwich—part of Bupa's exceptional retirement village provider network—to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be at the heart of daily life, providing a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care while ensuring residents feel valued, safe, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific individual needs.
Support residents across a wide spectrum of requirements, ranging from friendly companionship to full personal care.
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
A motivated, positive individual with a caring nature and great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) including weekends on a rota.
