About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Co-op to recruit a friendly and dedicated Customer Team Member for their busy store on Rope Lane in Shavington, Crewe.

If you are looking for a flexible part-time retail role where you can support your local community, receive full paid training, and work within a supportive team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity! No prior retail experience is necessary—just a genuine passion for helping people.

• Working Pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability (additional availability can be discussed at interview).

• Key Tasks: Operating tills, working hands-on on the shop floor, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and promoting Co-op Membership.
