Care Assistant (Night)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Dussindale Park for a Care Assistant (Night) to join their team in Norwich, UK.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents during the night shifts. Working within a dedicated team, you will help maintain a peaceful, secure, and dignified environment where residents feel safe and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and nighttime comfort routines with dignity and respect.

• Monitor resident wellbeing overnight and ensure care plans are properly followed and updated.

• Support a safe, welcoming care home environment while building positive relationships with residents.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills combined with a passionate and reliable approach to caregiving.

• Flexibility to commit to full-time night shifts on a scheduled rota basis.

• Eligibility to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Norwich, UK.
