Salary: £54,554 per annum + £6,000 per annum car allowance
Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Clinical Development Nurse to oversee and continuously elevate clinical governance and quality of care across six care homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex.
Working alongside the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical teams, you will analyse clinical KPIs, develop targeted action plans, and ensure every home meets the highest regulatory and care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review clinical governance databases and monthly KPIs to identify practical quality improvement strategies.
Partner with home managers and senior clinical staff to address clinical issues and implement best practices.
Lead clinical investigations and support recruitment and onboarding for key senior clinical staff.
Act as a clinical mentor, coaching staff—including newly qualified nurses—to foster professional development.
Travel regularly across regional sites in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex to maintain visible clinical leadership.
About You
To excel in this regional leadership role, you will need:
Current NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN General) with evidence of ongoing CPD.
Solid clinical experience within a care home setting and a strong grasp of current regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of clinical mentoring and team coaching.
A sharp analytical mind capable of translating data and KPIs into actionable improvement plans.
Excellent relationship-building skills and a willingness to undertake regular regional travel.
