Pay Rate: From £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (age dependent)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week guaranteed)
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts required across daytime, evenings, and weekends
About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to help you secure a retail position as a Customer Service Assistant in Enniskillen. In this permanent part-time role, you will be a key part of a bustling 7-day retail environment, helping deliver a welcoming and fantastic shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service in a lively store setting.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a strong team player to keep operations running seamlessly.
Task Execution: Maintain a proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to get the job done.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Attitude: A big focus on personality, enthusiasm, and a positive "can-do" mindset.
Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is a bonus, but not essential.
Flexibility: A willingness to work flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shift patterns.
