We are Bridge Staffing Agency, a dedicated recruitment partner committed to connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can make a lasting impact. We take pride in building collaborative relationships and tailoring our search solutions to your professional goals, your pace, and your people.
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a small, collaborative project team and play a vital role in analyzing business problems, understanding complex internal systems, and helping shape effective technical solutions.
This is not a traditional BA role. You will work across a range of bespoke internal systems, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will dig underneath problems, challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and translate business needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business problems into clear technical requirements and proposed solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand underlying problems rather than just taking stated requirements at face value.
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and potential impacts across systems and processes.
Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes to find improvement opportunities.
Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support technical teams in validating requirements and shaping solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
Support testing, acceptance activities, and Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
Produce training materials, user documentation, and occasional internal web portal configurations.
Make appropriate use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and deliverable quality.
Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
Experience working with bespoke, internal, or complex systems.
Excellent business process analysis and improvement skills.
Ability to translate business needs into concrete technical solutions.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle across Agile and Waterfall environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with process mapping tools like Visio and strong Microsoft Office skills.
A naturally curious mindset with the confidence to challenge requirements and ask the right questions.
