About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Athelstan House, a modern, purpose-built care home surrounded by large landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Malmesbury. The home provides compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and day care for up to 80 residents.
As a Bank Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control. You will create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents, their friends, and families, while occasionally involving residents who love to pitch in with light cleaning or laundry tasks!
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Attitude: Comfortable working in an elderly care setting with a caring, sensitive, and proud approach to your work. Previous housekeeping experience is great, but full training is provided for those new to the role!
Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills, a friendly team-player attitude, and a strong commitment to high hygiene standards.
Flexibility: Ideal for those looking for bank shifts to fit around other weekly commitments.
